the hotel is conveniently close to ebisu station, taking you to attractions via the jr line. the facilities are basic , but functional, especially considering the affordable price. i appreciated receiving towels and pajamas as a standard amenity.
guests staying multiple nights must check out by 10 am and check back in at 2 pm , which is inconvenient.

the check-in process was simple. the staff was friendly and helpful. they provided pyjamas, towels, slippers, a toothbrush, and toothpaste in a washbag. body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were available in the showers, a plus!
i needed to check out daily by 10am and couldn't access my belongings again until 2pm. the locker rooms were narrow. it was sometimes chaotic when multiple people used them simultaneously.

The staff was friendly. They explained everything. It was my first time in a capsule hotel, and I had a nice time. The price WAS good. The hotel is close to Ebisu train station. The next stop is Shibuya.
I don't like having to check out of the room EVERY day from 10 am to 2 pm. What if I don't feel like going out that day? I WANT to take a nap.
